Roxanna is a highly qualified business economist and tax specialist with commercial law experience, who holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has furthered her studies in Tax Planning and Administration of Estates and completed a Higher Diploma in Tax Law (H. Dip) and a Master in Commerce (M.Com. Tax - transfer pricing), with over forty years of commercial experience. She has been on both sides of the market fence being in senior positions for the `Big Four` and BDO both in South Africa and the USA and in various financial positions in diverse industries. She also spearheaded the transfer pricing division at SARS for four years. She has developed extensive experience in transfer pricing both in a consulting and auditing role in South Africa, Africa, the USA, and Canada. Roxanna started her transfer pricing practice in 2018, Transfer Pricing Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd, and specializes in all aspects of transfer pricing including supply chain planning, due diligence, compliance, Local Files, Master Files and Country Reports, transfer pricing audits amongst others, and has served as an expert witness in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, and Malawi.
