Stuart is a Candidate Attorney based out of the Cape Town office. In his undergraduate studies at Rhodes University he majored in Political Philosophy and Legal Theory. In 2020 graduated with his Bachelor of Laws obtaining Deans List merit in 2018. While at university he pursued many extra curricula activities including the John. H. Jackson international trade law moot competition held in Nairobi, Kenya. In 202 he co-coached the Rhodes team and made it to the world finals round held in Geneva Switzerland. He fields of interest are customs and excise, administrative law and general tax disputes.
